Current plan structure
The pricing page is the source for current Canadian-dollar prices and availability. Annual prices are monthly equivalents; the annual total is twelve times that amount, multiplied by clinician seats when the plan is priced per clinician.
- Starter: one clinician and 50 included encounters each month.
- Individual: one clinician and 300 included encounters each month.
- Team: five to twenty-four clinicians, with 300 encounters per clinician pooled across the workspace.
- Large team: twenty-five or more clinicians with capacity and terms determined through a tailored rollout.

Count active clinicians
Include the people who will actually document in Porvio, not every person employed by the practice.

Estimate monthly encounters
Use recent schedules and seasonal variation. Separate the number of visits from the number expected to use the approved Porvio workflow.

Leave a reasonable buffer
Allow for a busier month or adoption growth without buying a much larger plan solely for a rare peak.

A Team plan provides shared roles, templates, invitations, and pooled capacity; it is not only an arithmetic bundle of solo plans.
How an encounter allowance works
An included encounter is consumed according to Porvio's current billing and usage rules. The dashboard shows remaining plan capacity alongside any available bonus or modeled add-on encounters. A polished note does not create extra included capacity, and deleting an encounter should not be assumed to reverse valid usage.
If the included amount is exhausted, clinical tools can be limited until capacity becomes available. The workspace can select an eligible plan or, where enabled, add an exact quantity of one-time encounters.
Review before confirming
- Plan name, billing period, and effective price.
- Seat quantity and total for a per-clinician plan.
- Included monthly encounters and whether they are pooled.
- Annual commitment, renewal, cancellation, and applicable taxes.
- Whether online checkout is currently available or the workspace must contact support.
