Our commitment
Porvio aims to provide an inclusive experience for clinicians, administrators, and website visitors. The design target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a product goal, not a certification or a claim of complete conformance.
Measures in the product
- semantic page regions, headings, labels, lists, and tables;
- skip links and a visible keyboard focus treatment;
- keyboard-operable navigation, forms, dialogs, and review actions;
- text alternatives or hidden treatment for meaningful and decorative icons;
- status and error announcements for assistive technology;
- text and control contrast designed for a light clinical interface;
- reflow for narrower screens and enlarged text; and
- reduced motion when the operating system requests it.
Compatibility
Porvio is designed for current versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile devices and for use with keyboard navigation, browser zoom, screen readers, and operating-system contrast or reduced-motion preferences. Browser microphone and recording support varies; audio file upload is available as an alternative where supported.
Testing and compatibility limits
Porvio has not completed a formal third-party accessibility conformance assessment. Complex authenticated workflows, recording controls, third-party interface components, and combinations of browser and assistive technology may still have defects. Legal and policy documents may also need alternate formats for a particular user.
Assistance and alternate formats
If a page, control, or document is not usable for you, email [email protected]. Describe the information or task you need and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include patient information, recordings, passwords, or access tokens in the message.
Accessibility feedback
Helpful reports include:
- the page address and the control or content involved;
- what you expected and what happened;
- your browser, device, and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing them; and
- the best accessible way to follow up.
Porvio will review accessibility feedback alongside product and safety work and will prioritize barriers that prevent essential use.
Assessment and updates
This Statement will be updated as testing is completed, known barriers change, or the product adopts a formal accessibility standard or assessment. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
